Children and Extra Visitors

Maintaining a calming and relaxing atmosphere for our clients is a priority and we look forward to you enjoying some downtime in our space. We love your littles but the salon can be a dangerous place and we need to focus our energy on our craft, therefore we do not allow children or extra guests.

Service Expectations

Our stylist can never get back the time, energy and products they used to perform a service, therefore we do not offer refunds. We do however offer situational adjustments. If you are unsatisfied with your service please reach out to the salon within 5 days of your service. Adjustments can be performed within 10 days of your initial service date. A requested color adjustment has a color fee of $20 per bowl of color needed to make the adjustments and includes a blow-dry service. Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may not have the time to complete your service, however we will do our best. You will still be responsible for the full scheduled service. In the event that you need to modify, reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. This is to ensure that our specialists can fill their spaces with another guest inquiring in the given amount of time. If 48 hour notice is not given, the 50% deposit will be applied toward the cancellation fee. CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours and NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled, The 50% deposit will be used towards this fee, and the remainder will be charged to the card on file.

Reservation Deposit

When booking an appointment with us, we reserve that time just for you. To hold your reservation, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. We also require a valid credit/debit card on file. We will use your card on file to process your deposit and incurred fees. This deposit applies towards your overall total at the end of your service. Cards are stored securely and encrypted with our merchant.

Our Story

The name began with a greenhouse. What stayed was the idea behind it.

Before The Greenhouse existed, we imagined turning an actual greenhouse into a salon—something bright, calm, and alive. That building never became ours, but the name stayed.

We wanted to build a place where good work could be taken seriously without feeling rigid, where people could keep growing, and where care could become more thoughtful as the business grew.

Hair led us deeper into scalp care. Extensions demanded more intention around natural hair, comfort, maintenance, and longevity. Esthetics brought skin care into the same philosophy.

The Greenhouse grew by connecting those specialties around the person receiving them.
