Cancellations:
Our Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations, reschedules, and modifications. If you fail to provide 48 hours notice, the card on file will be automatically charged according to the following schedule:
Over 48 hours: No cancellation fee, and your deposit can be used towards any service or product.
24-48 hours:
50% of the service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours/Same day/No-show:
100% of the cancelled service time will be charged.
We understand that emergencies and illnesses can occur. These situations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Our system requires a valid card on file and each new booking requires a deposit. By placing your card on file, you authorize our usage for deposits and fees. Our service timing and pricing is based on average length, density, texture and condition. Starting prices increase if there is more product usage or time needed to complete your desired goal beyond what is allotted. Each transaction has a $1 eco-fee, allowing us to partner with our clients and recycle up to 95% of our beauty waste.
